Ryan J. Schriever practices personal injury, workers’ compensation, and family law. Prior to starting the Schriever Law Firm, Ryan worked for two different firms handling personal injury defense cases for large insurance companies. Heather Schriever, Attorney

Heather J. Schriever is a trusted legal advocate and adviser. She has extensive experience in state and federal courts. Prior to joining the Schriever Law Firm, Heather was the City Attorney for Orem City where she managed the legal department for one of Utah’s largest municipalities. 

Heather is a dedicated and compassionate advocate. She understand that legal problems are human problems. She treats every client with dignity and respect. 

Heather is an avid runner and fitness enthusiast. She enjoys being outdoors and participating in all sports and athletic adventures. She is the mother of three beautiful children who share her love for people and community involvement. 

Andrew Penrod, Attorney

Andrew Penrod practices personal injury law, workers’ compensation law, and family law. He also handles matters in the juvenile court and is well versed in issues that affect families. Alex Scherf, Attorney

Alex Scherf is a personal injury attorney with a wide variety of skills and an aggressive style that gets results. With a decade of legal experience, Alex has also worked as a prosecutor and a family law attorney which gives him a unique perspective that benefits clients.

Alex was born in Vienna, Austria, and resided there until he was seven years old, at which point his family relocated to to Baltimore, Maryland. In middle school, his family moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. He earned his law degree in Michigan and moved to Utah in 2014. Additionally, he has served in the Army and is an active member of the Army Utah National Guard, having recently completed a three-month deployment in Poland. Alex and his wife enjoy outdoor  activities such as camping, fishing, and shooting with their two sons. 

Daniel Shumway, Attorney

Daniel Shumway is an accomplished attorney with deep roots in Utah County. Originally from Provo, Dan and his wife were born and raised in Utah County. After earning his accounting degree from Brigham Young University, Dan dedicated four and a half years to the field of accounting, becoming a CPA, before returning to BYU to pursue his law degree. 

With over two decades of experience as a family attorney, Dan has a diverse background that includes serving as a sole practicioner and managing a law office for Souther Arizona Legal  Aid for four years. 

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dan is happily married with seven children and three amazing grandchildren. Dan enjoys spending quality time with his family and immerses himself in the world of nonfiction books.
