Before founding the firm, Ryan Schriever spent ten years defending personal injury cases for major insurance companies. He knows exactly how insurers evaluate claims, where they look to reduce payouts, and how they prepare for trial — because he used to do it for them. That insight now works for our clients instead of against them.

When you hire us, you’re assigned a dedicated attorney and an experienced paralegal who knows the process inside and out. Your team understands the importance of communication, regular updates, strategy, and clear-eyed analysis — and the importance of leading you through the process rather than leaving you to navigate it alone. You always know where your case stands.

Our team includes a native Spanish speaker who taught Spanish at Brigham Young University and holds a Juris Doctor. Spanish-speaking clients work with someone who understands both the law and the language, not a translation app. We also have other paralegals and attorneys who also speak Spanish.

With 30 jury trials behind us, we prepare every case as if it will go in front of a jury. Insurance companies and opposing parties know the difference, and it changes how they negotiate.
